DevOps engineer

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in managing data science projects, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders on data-driven projects.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights that support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and goals.
• Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior team members.
• Support senior team members in identifying and addressing data science opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices in data analysis and modeling.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiencies in data cleansing, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) is a plus
