DevOps Engineer CX

Fulltime, Eindhoven (NL) Lommel (BE)

As a DevOps Engineer specializing in frontend Customer Experience, your core responsibility is to optimize Renewi's utilization of multiple platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey. Platforms like Sitecore play a pivotal role in managing our digital content and experiences, enabling Renewi to deliver personalized interactions across diverse channels.

Your role encompasses providing support, connecting these channels to the relevant data streams, and developing solutions to meet Renewi's distinct frontend needs. Collaboration is essential as you prioritize tasks alongside a diverse team of Product owners, Agile Architects, Business Analysts, and fellow DevOps Engineers.

Your responsibilities may evolve to encompass overseeing Renewi's entire frontend, shaping the complete digital experience for our customers. As the technical lead, you'll offer guidance to ensure that our frontend solutions are aligned with our business objectives.

Beyond technical expertise, you promote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Your workdays are dynamic, filled with challenges and successes as you navigate modern IT landscapes. This role offers an opportunity to excel technically while leaving a lasting impact within Renewi.

Core tasks

• Design systems with high levels of availability and scalability.

• Implement and manage continuous distribution methodologies.

• Manage testing across the release lifecycle.

• Facilitate cross functional collaboration and engagement.

• Design, develop, maintain and manage process automation tools.

• Adopt an agile software development methodology.

• A salary between €4.200,00 - €6.400,00 gross per month depending on experience.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or working experience equal to this level.

• Experience with customer facing applications.

• Experience with Sitecore.
