IT Employee Application Support - remote possible

Your responsibilities

• Documenting, analysing and solving support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for our company applications (ERP/DMS/Apps)

• Documentation in a ticket system

• Setting up and administering various ERP modules, interfaces and other company applications

• Providing support and assistance to our employees from all national and international divisions and clients

• Co-design of the knowledge management Your skills

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/x), a dregree in completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification

• Relevant professional experience in IT support as an IT Specialist or IT Application Manager

• Basic Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP S4/HANA desirable

• Initial experience as a project manager or project team member in cross-divisional projects

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills What you can expect from us
