IT Specialist for System Integration

Your responsibilities

• Provisioning, management and administration of Microsoft Azure resources, IT systems and server hardware.

• Maintenance and care of software distribution systems

• Creation of test scenarios and ensuring the function of software distribution

• Support of the 2nd level support

• User and authorisation management

• Documentation of IT systems and processes

• Planning of IT projects and support in project implementation Your skills

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/x) or a similar qualification

• Professional experience in the field of system integration desirable

• Understanding of IT systems and infrastructures

• Experience with ticketing systems and problem handling processes such as OTRS or ITIL

• Business fluent German and very good written and formal English skills What you can expect from us
