Cloud Architect

Introduction Our client is on the lookout for a DV cleared Solutions Architect with experience in Azure and AWS ideally. Our client is a medium sized consultancy looking for Cloud Specialists working on National Security projects. You will need to have worked in the National Security space to be considered for this role. This role will be full time on site working. Key responsibilities Create and design high- and low-level designs across projects and systems. Design detailed plans for data and application migration from on prem to Cloud environments. Co-ordinate across various migration activities such as data transfer or through to testing. Ensure proper governance in undertaken ensuring solutions architecture is compliant. Work alongside the PMO to ensure plans are executed as scheduled throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & experience Ability to create new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audience. Designing Cloud based solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understanding of technology, network, service, and security architecture. Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). An understanding of Cloud architecture, solutions, and services in a multi cloud environment.
