A fast-paced environment where you have ownership of strategy, road-mapping, and driving innovation while having a hand in engineering as and when you're needed.

Your team will develop and maintain everything infrastructure, automation, and DevOps, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and scalability across platforms. Additionally, you'll shape technology planning, build scalable environments and creating strategy to empower your team in deploying new features swiftly.

Your responsibilities include optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure high performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. You'll lead a small team of DevOps engineers, designing advanced CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, and championing best practices. By fostering innovation with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, you'll maintain system stability and proactively address issues to ensure 24/7 availability.

You'll be coming from a leadership role ideally with experience managing DevOps practices/teams. You should have hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools, and CI/CD systems like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for staying updated with industry trends are essential for aligning our DevOps practices with company objectives.
