Job description
- IT support, ranging from simple desktop and peripheral support to complex server and network issues
- Construct and maintain configurations for data networks
- Design, test and install network software and hardware
- Perform troubleshooting of network problems utilizing network analysers and/or sniffers and other troubleshooting tools
- Deal with network related documentation (develop/update/review) and technical specifications
- Configure and implement network monitoring and management systems
- Implement and monitor network security
- Plan network capacity/estimate network utilization
- Analyse current network software and propose modifications and new software according to best practice standards and procedures
- Setting up Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- RBAC, Auditing and Policies
- Resource Deployment, Management and Monitoring
- Azure Networking, Azure VPN solutions and Security
- Service migration from On-Prem Data Centers to Azure
- Blueprints and automated deployments
- Backup Policies implementation
- Support the extension of the network to Azure
- Implement alert system and event management
- Configure alerts and events to be forwarded to internal monitoring systems
- Implement application load balancing in Azure
- Support application and service testing in Azure
- Define requirements for Bastion Hosting in Azure where available
- Design Bastion Hosting for Azure IaaS of the organisation where available
- Implement Bastion hosting for Azure based IaaS where available
- Implement MySQL Database Backups based on 3rd Party Solution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after secondary school
- Minimum of 7 years of IT professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure Resource Management and Implementation of Azure based infrastructure
- 3 years of IT/System Administration
- 2 years of Microsoft administration experience on Windows operating systems Scripting and/or Microsoft .NET development experience
- Experience in Azure CLI
- Good understanding of PowerShell and Azure CloudShell
- Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level.
