Presales Solutions Architect

• Act as a technical point of contact for presales requests.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present technical designs, solution architectures, and delivery estimates.

Solution Design & Documentation:

• Create high-quality technical documentation, including solution overviews, diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Ensure all designs align with best practices, security standards, and client needs.

Standardisation & Innovation:

• Develop and maintain a library of standardised presales solutions for offerings, including:
• Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Backup, security, and endpoint management solutions
• Continuously improve and optimise solution templates and presales processes.

Collaboration & Enablement:

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution.
