Manage IT support tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy Support, secure, and maintain devices across the organisation (PCs, laptops, mobiles) Support a major Windows 11 Rollout Use tools like SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell Provide front-line support through services like the Tech Bar Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams Look for opportunities to automate, innovate, and improve processesWhat You'll Bring
