Job description
We are seeking an Implementation Services Manager who has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning strategies and solutions. We work with mid-market organizations and large enterprises in all verticals with a focus on their GRC activities. This is a rare opportunity as the first Implementation Manager in the UK to play a key role in building a business and having a direct impact on driving customer implementation and adoption.
Core Responsibilities:
End-to-End Implementation Ownership:
- Primarily for Customers in the UK (or similar timezones) own the full lifecycle of delivery of complex customer implementations and one-time Professional Services engagements overseeing all phases from pre-sale services scoping kickoff process design build training project management and rollout.
- Drive implementations through scoping and holistic project planning during the pre-sales process while serving as a critical SME for the sales team by articulating LogicGates solution capabilities and implementation approach.
- Serve as a dedicated project manager for all assigned implementations.
Customer Relationship & Advisory:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor from the pre-sale scoping process onward.
- Consult closely with customers to deliver an implementation experience tailored to their unique maturity consistently focusing on accelerating their time-to-value from the LogicGate platform.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to help our customers design and build their Risk Cloud applications as effectively as possible.
- Listen intently to customer pain points and connect their needs to Risk Cloud product features with a heavy focus on value creation.
Product & Domain Expertise:
- Serve as a technical and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) across diverse GRC use cases and LogicGates Risk Cloud product functionality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Requirements
- 4 years of professional services implementation GRC practitioner or consulting roles. Experience with SaaS and/or GRC industry is strongly preferred.
- Intermediate understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) principles frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST SOX GDPR) and industry best practices.
- Strong technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product.
- Experience managing multiple large projects at a time and working with executive-level stakeholders
