Oracle EBS Functional SME

Konexo Financial Services is adding to its bench of experienced Remediation SME's to support multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We're looking for subject-matter experts who can bring deep technical knowledge, strong decision-making and regulatory insight to large-scale remediation work.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing subject-matter expertise across motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct

• Interpreting policy, guidance, DISP rules and programme methodology

• Supporting complex case reviews, scenario testing and outcome modelling

• Advising Case Handlers, QCs, Outcomes Testers and operational teams

• Helping refine redress approaches, decision frameworks and customer outcome standards

• Working with Programme and Ops Leads to strengthen quality, controls and delivery alignment

• Supporting governance packs, risk discussions and regulatory queries
