Software Engineer

• Undertake graphic design for maternity & baby products, including product packaging, labels, instruction manuals, gift boxes, etc., ensuring that the design complies with the safety standards and regulatory requirements of maternity & baby products, and the color and style are in line with the psychological needs of target users.
• Create promotional graphic materials for maternity & baby products, such as posters, leaflets, display stands, online promotion banners, social media content (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, etc.), short video covers and event-related designs.
• Participate in the construction and iteration of the brand's visual identity system in the maternity & baby field, ensuring the consistency and unity of visual elements (colors, fonts, logos) in all design works.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deeply understand product characteristics, target user needs and market trends, and translate them into creative and effective visual design solutions.
• Follow up the production and printing process of design works, communicate with suppliers to ensure the accurate restoration of design effects, and control the quality of finished products to meet the quality requirements of maternity & baby products.
• Collect and sort out design trends in the global maternity & baby industry, integrate innovative and child-friendly design elements into works, and continuously improve the competitiveness of products in visual expression.
• Manage design files and materials, establish and improve the design resource library, and improve the efficiency of team collaboration.
• Assist in other graphic design-related work of the team as required.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related majors.
• 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience, with experience in maternity & baby product design preferred (outstanding fresh graduates with relevant design works are also welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other professional graphic design software; familiar with packaging design and printing processes is a plus.
• Have a deep understanding of the design style of maternity & baby products, be able to grasp warm, soft and child-friendly design tones, and have excellent color matching ability and composition sense.
• Understand the psychological needs and aesthetic preferences of target users in the maternity & baby field (mothers, pregnant women), and be able to combine product characteristics with user needs in design.
• Familiar with the safety standards and relevant regulations of maternity & baby products, and able to integrate relevant requirements into design works.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and able to complete design tasks on time and with high quality under pressure.
• Have a strong sense of innovation and learning ability, and be able to keep up with industry design trends and apply new design concepts.
