What will your role be?

As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of activities that may include:

• Quickly understanding the business issues, challenges, and industry context of the client's organisation.
• Translating digital opportunities into practical solutions-ranging from new enterprise applications to automated business processes and end-to-end UX, functional, and technical designs.
• Focusing on the technical aspects of analysis to support the design and delivery of complex solutions.
• Producing clear, concise, and accurate specifications, including UI/GUI designs, functional requirements, user stories, test cases, and user documentation.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and investigate how services, functions, or products can be improved.
• Using data-modelling practices to analyse findings and generate recommendations for operational enhancements or process changes.
• Communicating solution benefits across teams and addressing uncertainties or concerns.
• Identifying and evaluating solution options, including potential risks and opportunities.
• Managing business and technical requirements throughout the full change and development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with other analysts across the UK business to share knowledge and develop capability.

• 5+ years of experience in a project or solution delivery environment.
• Ability to operate at all levels, bridging low-level technical detail with high-level business objectives.
• Experience working as a Solutions Analyst within an agile scrum team, supporting Product Owners to articulate needs across epics, features, and user stories.
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience running workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements.
• Ability to produce specifications suitable for a range of audiences and purposes.
• Capability to conceptualise and communicate complex solution designs.
• Experience delivering COTS (Commercial/Custom Off-The-Shelf) solutions.
• Proven experience modelling complex requirements, systems, or solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
