Job description
My client are a prestigious membership based organisation and due to internal promotions have vacancies for 2X Desktop support analysts. ( 2nd line ) As part of the IT services team, the desktop support analyst provides support for all IT services and IT service users. Responsibilities include; handling incidents or service requests using the incident reporting and request fulfilment processes.
Requirements
You should have significant experience in a similar role, be educated to A level or professional standard (eg ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) and have excellent spoken and written English. KEY SKILLS INCLUDE Teams Administration Microsoft Office 365 Team Viewer TouchPoint/telephone call queue management Mobile Device Management (MDM) Account administration (AD and AAD) PowerShell Support of Apple devices (Macs and iPads) Creation and deployment of SCCM packages and task sequences PXE imaging of devices Creation and deployment of packages in Intune/Endpoint Manager Patching of Windows devices Windows Autopilot
