Job description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic digital team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) and potentially Microsoft CRM, along with other Microsoft products and external systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and be adept at designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and workflows., + Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) to improve business processes.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and potentially Microsoft CRM with other Microsoft products and external systems.
- Support and develop an internal project management system built on the Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform applications and tools.
- Offer 2nd level support for PPM System and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and Power Platform updates to advise on new features and optimization strategies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Microsoft CRM is a plus.

Expertise in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.

Proficiency in using Common Data Service (CDS) and understanding of Dataverse.

Experience in integrating various systems and APIs to create cohesive workflow solutions.

Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Microsoft licensing models. Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI design in Power Apps.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
