This two-year Graduate Supply Chain Scheme offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a nationally significant energy programme, supporting the UK's long-term climate and sustainability goals.
You'll gain hands-on commercial experience across procurement, contract management, supplier development and strategic sourcing, all while contributing to a major clean-energy project expected to power millions of homes for decades to come., Across the two-year scheme, you'll rotate through commercial, procurement and supply chain teams, developing the technical, analytical and professional skills needed to thrive in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
You'll be supported by a dedicated line manager, placement manager, mentor and buddy to ensure you build confidence, capability and strong commercial awareness.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate in Nuclear Supply Chain, your work may include:
- Supporting procurement activities and contract administration
- Developing forecasts, analysing contract costs and managing supplier performance
- Contributing to strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation projects
- Building relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Working on live commercial challenges with real operational impact
- Rotating across business units to broaden your commercial and industry knowledge

Requirements
- 2:2 or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Maths, Finance, Geography, or similar
- Right to work in the UK from the start date
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in procurement, supply chain or commercial project delivery
- Willingness to travel/relocate for placements
- Able to obtain UK Security Vetting clearance
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
Desirable
- Internship/placement experience in supply chain, procurement or commercial roles
- Experience analysing data or working with suppliers/stakeholders
- Knowledge of contract management, forecasting or procurement principles
- Interest in energy, infrastructure or major project environments
