We're hiring a Global Growth & Insights Manager to work from our office in London, Manchester or Edinburgh., As a Global Growth & Insights Manager on dentsu's Global Growth & Insights team, you will orchestrate the systems, analytics, and business-planning processes that unlock revenue growth across our highest-priority global clients. You will build and run a disciplined, insight-led pipeline review cadence for the Global Accelerator portfolio while guiding annual and quarterly Client Business Plans that align dentsu's full capabilities to each client's growth agenda. This highly visible role puts you at the heart of dentsu's growth engine, partnering with senior leaders to sharpen decision-making and accelerate market impact., Global Portfolio & Pipeline Management Architect and lead a global, standardized pipeline review process for the Global Accelerator Client portfolio. Convene and facilitate regular review sessions with Integrated Client Leaders (ICLs) and senior executives, surfacing opportunities, flagging risks, and mobilizing next steps. Produce clear, insight-rich monthly portfolio reports for the Chief Global Client Officer, highlighting performance against targets and recommended actions. Embed KPIs and governance that hold teams accountable for revenue and growth milestones.
Strategic Insights & Executive Reporting Own the end-to-end analytics narrative for the Global Accelerator Client portfolio including forecast accuracy, pipeline health, risk, and opportunity. Partner with Growth & Insights colleagues to use the Growth Insights Dashboard (PowerBI), CRM (Salesforce) and other BI tools for real-time, actionable views. Package data into crisp, decision-ready stories for executive audiences.
Client Business Planning Lead the orchestration and management of the Client Business Planning process (Key Account Management) for Global Accelerator Clients. Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring plans articulate client objectives, growth whitespace, solution roadmaps, and actionable milestones. Collaborate with ICLs, capability leads, and regional teams to align resources, set revenue targets, and track progress against plan. Requirements
Experience in growth operations, enablement, pipeline management, key account management, or similar role within a global, matrixed organization. Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable commercial insights and plans. Confident communicator and storyteller, comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
