Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
- 5+ years in engineering management or 10+ years relevant engineering experience.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining production facilities.
- Knowledge of pharma engineering systems (HVAC, WFI, SCADA, CMMS).
- Experience with capital projects, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: Lean Six Sigma, Chartered Engineer, or sustainability experience.
- Fluent English skills
