- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record selling complex technology or consultancy solutions into large hospital systems, typically £500K+ deal values.
- 7+ years' experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working with executive/C-suite stakeholders in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Health IT or AI-driven clinical tools (e.g., speech recognition, ambient listening, coding automation, data analytics).
- Current UK driving licence.
- Strong "hunter" mentality with a passion for new-business acquisition.
- High motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm for healthcare technology innovation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
