• Build and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and stable for workers to perform their tasks

• Previous experience as a Scaffold Builder, 1 year preferable
• Knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems and their uses
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols when working at heights
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
