We're working with a fast-growing, independent brand to find a hands-on eCommerce Manager.This is brilliant opportunity to own and grow the digital sales channel of a business that's already making waves online. You'll lead on everything from CRM and SEO to PPC and conversion optimisation, working closely with a collaborative team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.Their office is in central Bristol, walkable from Temple Meads train station and ideally it's 4 days in the office, one day working from home - potentially negotiable for the right candidate.This role is exclusive to ADLIB. Requirements
search, SEO and PPC, using CRM tools to automate and personalise communications. You'll be responsible for core KPIs including online revenue growth, AOV, CPA and CRO.You'll analyse performance data using GA4, Looker Studio and HubSpot (or similar), identifying trends and opportunities to improve. You'll propose and test new initiatives, manage external developers where needed, and ensure the site is always evolving to meet customer needs.What experience you'll need to applyProven experience managing an eCommerce site, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Shopify Plus experience is essential.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, CRM and email.Confident using GA4, Looker Studio and CRM platforms (e.G.
