Requirements

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee construction and projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications.

DutiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression.Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety adherence.Assist in planning and scheduling project phases, ensuring timely completion of milestones.Review technical drawings and specifications, providing feedback or adjustments as necessary.Manage on-site resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.Ensure all electrical installations meet relevant codes and standards; troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.Prepare detailed reports on project status, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.SkillsProven experience in new buildings engineering projectsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders.Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction environments.Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for planning and reporting purposes.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to addressing site challenges.
