Enterprise Architect

We're seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect / Senior End-to-End Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy and transformation within the Insurance sector. This senior leadership role will shape the next generation of digital platforms and technology solutions for leading insurers - driving innovation through Cloud, Data, and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you'll define technology vision, lead complex transformation programmes, and guide multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver impactful, enterprise-scale solutions across the insurance landscape., * Define and deliver enterprise-wide architecture strategies across the Insurance sector.

• Lead major transformation programmes leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI technologies.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives.
• Oversee technology governance, architecture design, and end-to-end delivery integrity.
• Develop sector-specific technology propositions and reusable assets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship across onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate across sectors and global teams to foster innovation and cross-industry synergies.

• 10-15+ years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally within the Insurance sector.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale transformations for Tier 1 insurance clients.
• Strong understanding of core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud).
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency UK, FCA Consumer Duty).
