You will be working as part of our Global Technical Operations team with the unique opportunity to interact with many different aspects of Roku including, live Operations, advertising operations, Editorial, Engineering, and Customer support. For this role, we are seeking someone with a good understanding of the AdTech space. You will support, troubleshoot, and triage issues relating to advertising on the Roku platform. An understanding of Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) is desirable

What you will be doing

• Prioritize issues for engineering to resolve and facilitating communication to operational and business stakeholders

• 3 to 5 years of relevant technical experience in video or related technology disciplines
• Fluent in English
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and work with engineering and business owners
• Resolve problems independently and follow documented escalation procedures
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Interface with internal and external customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical and committed to driving quality forward
• Familiar with the Entertainment industry (or being a fan of movie/TV)
• Knowledge of consumer product and user interfaces and networking functionality is a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and/or Weekends
• Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience required
