Job description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is passionate about driving technical excellence, democratising design and leading the adoption of best-in-class software standards across Glasswall. In addition to working as part of an agile team, the successful candidate, will be expected to mentor engineers, support Product Owners in technical refinement, and provide key, constructive code reviews. The role will be central in ensuring we have the right technical roles, resources, tools and process for the future evolution of GW software products.
