If you're a Diploma-qualified paraplanner who's grown tired of being tucked away from clients, this is worth five minutes of your time.
Our client runs an inverted model - more Paraplanners than advisors. The advisor steps in at the point of advice; everything else sits with you.
- Pre-meeting preparation
- Attending reviews
- Post-meeting implementation
- Report writing
- Ongoing client contact.
You're not supporting from the sidelines; you're the client's first point of contact, managing your own bank of relationships.
Day to day, you'll be
- Researching and analysing products
- Preparing investment strategy and recommendation reports
- Conducting quarterly portfolio reviews
- Ensuring recommendations are implemented properly.
You'll arrange review meetings, field client queries, and keep clients informed throughout the year. Systems include Voyant, Nucleus, and other standard planning platforms.
This is a role for career paraplanners. People who genuinely enjoy the craft - the technical depth, the client relationships, the variety - rather than those looking for a quick route into advice. If that's you, there's a proper progression path through to Chartered and Fellow status, with study support and exam fees covered.
It's technical work with real client exposure - several client meetings a week, (from their Cheshire office during normal hours). Hybrid working (three days on-site) flexes around client commitments.
