Automation director

Their platform helps organisations improve profitability, streamline operations, and make better decisions through intelligent, data driven automation. They've tripled revenue this year, are onboarding major restaurant groups, and are about to double the size of their engineering organisation as they build out a suite of powerful AI assistants. They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their Insights team, the intelligence layer that powers the entire product. You'll be responsible for building and shaping the core AI assistants that turn raw data into real world actions for customers. This is a mission critical role where you'll prototype, experiment, and ship fast. Building core AI assistants within the squad, including the high impact analysis to action engine that ties the product experience together. Working closely with the founder and engineering leadership, prototyping rapidly and shipping meaningful assistants to production at pace. Acting as the "orchestra director" for intelligence across the platform, aligning data, behaviours, and UX into a coherent system. Defining and building (or buying) the internal AI platform the rest of the company uses - including observability, memory, evals, frontend patterns, and core primitives. You're entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and hands on, someone who likes to actually build, not just write specs. Experience shipping AI features is a plus, but mindset is more important than pedigree. You'll have massive ownership, big technical and product challenges, and the chance to directly shape the intelligence layer used by tens of thousands of users.
