Generative AI Engineer

Are you a hands-on engineer who loves solving complex problems and seeing your work make a real impact? We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our fast-growing, Series D-funded tech company transforming the insurance industry with AI.

This is a fully remote role in the UK, where you'll work directly with customers, help implement cutting-edge solutions, and optimize workflows that change how insurance gets done.~

What You'll Do:

• Partner with technical teams to implement and optimize our platform for enterprise customers
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, high-impact technical experience
• Lead technical analysis, design, testing, and post-implementation support
• Drive process improvements and automation to make systems smarter and faster

• 5-8+ years in software or systems engineering, technical product/program management
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex systems
• Coding expertise in JavaScript, SQL and Python
• Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
