Platform Manager

As a Platform Manager, you will be a senior figure in the team responsible for defining and driving the multi-year vision and roadmap for the bank's core platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business and technology strategies. You will collaborate across teams to shape future direction, manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will own a portfolio of projects and be responsible for driving technology change focused on modernising, upgrading or replacing existing banking platforms. Future projects of work could include Credit Risk, General Ledger, Treasury, Payments, Lending platforms and driving cloud adoption in Azure.

The role will require you to oversee change delivery, balancing ongoing operations with transformative initiatives and enhancing service quality and efficiency. You will manage supplier relationships, technology risk, have budget ownership and deliver Regulatory (MIFID/BASEL/EMIR etc) programmes of work.
