Data Scientist SME & AI Architect

We are seeking a DV Cleared Data Specialist Senior Business Consulting Manager with a background in Defence to drive business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence and Secure (ADS) clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive growth in Technology Transformation and Data & Analytics consulting into ADS clients.
• "Think with" clients to identify and gather opportunities reimagining business through data.
• Lead consulting teams delivering applications, cloud, infrastructure, and analytics transformation.
• Scope and define proposals, benefit cases, implementation plans, and comms material.
• Build and manage pipeline; lead bids and proposals.
• Nurture internal/external partner networks, including alliances and senior client teams.
• Deliver high-quality projects to revenue and satisfaction targets.
• Drive thought leadership-industry forums, events, and social media presence.
• Foster a consulting culture that embraces disruptive technologies.

• Consulting experience in a recognised professional services environment.
• Data SME in Defence, Secure, or Policing environments.
• Consistent record in building and scaling multimillion-pound transformation consulting practices.
• Hands-on experience in data platform delivery.
• Deep expertise in data, analytics, applications, cloud, and infrastructure transformation
