Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional with a passion for client relationships and financial wellbeing? Our client are looking for a Workplace Pension Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and advice to our valued corporate clients., This is a client-facing position, responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of Workplace Pension, Group Risk, and Health & Wellbeing clients. You'll be a trusted partner - promoting the value of employee benefits, ensuring schemes remain fit for purpose, and guiding both employers and employees through the ever-evolving world of workplace benefits., * Retain and develop long-term relationships through quality advice and outstanding service.
- Promote and enhance the value of employee benefit schemes by understanding client needs, providing tailored consultation, and negotiating competitive pricing.
- Deliver high-quality workplace pension advice to individual scheme members and guidance to Employee Benefits clients and their employees.
- Host engaging financial wellbeing and benefit presentations - both in-person and remotely.
- Arrange and attend member meetings, responding to ongoing queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Work closely with the Employee Benefits Director to shape and evolve our overall proposition.
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector.
