LIV Golf is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive Senior Manager, Tournament Administration to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class event experiences across our global schedule. This position is central to shaping exceptional moments for corporate partners, VIP guests, and players, particularly through the planning and execution of our premium Pro-Am events., Pro-Am & Event Day Experiences
- Lead pre-event and on-site Pro-Am operations, serving as the primary point of contact for players, guests, EMCs, and venue partners.
- Oversee all Pro-Am elements with our Event Management Companies (EMCs), ensuring seamless planning, delivery, and execution.
- Design and implement world-class end-to-end guest journeys that maintain consistency and elevate the experience across the season.
- Support the creation of detailed event-day run sheets and operational plans, aligning all teams on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Manage on-site guest registration, ensuring flawless check-in, a polished welcome flow, and accurate distribution of credentials and gifting.
- Partner with the SVP of Merchandise to create a premium gifting strategy for each Pro-Am and communicate requirements and deadlines to EMCs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, host venues, and partners, coordinating the internal request process for all Pro-Am needs.
- Work with the VIP Guest Services Team to standardise and elevate guest communication via the Guest Management System.
- Support the development and implementation of SOPs to ensure EMCs deliver consistently high-quality experiences.
- Evaluate EMC performance during events, identifying learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Honorary Observer Programme
- Support the VP, Tournament Administration, in delivering a premium, end-to-end Honorary Observer experience for VIP guests.
- Act as an additional on-site contact for Honorary Observers, alongside the Manager, Competition Logistics, ensuring personalised support and exceptional hospitality.
- Partner with the Partnership Management team to allocate observer spots for VIPs, partners, and invited guests.
- Coordinate with operations teams, EMCs, and on-course officials to ensure smooth access to tees, fairways, and designated viewing areas.
- Liaise with player liaisons, caddies, marshals, and rules officials to ensure safe, discreet on-course positioning.
- Partner with the SVP of Merchandise to develop a curated gifting strategy for the programme.
- Gather feedback from VIPs, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements.
Other Duties
- Support the delivery of Tournament Administration programmes, including, but not limited to, Volunteer Programme, Accreditation and LIV Shipping.

- Proven experience in golf events, live sports, or entertainment, with proven success managing end-to-end event logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale events with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and exceptional guest experiences, with an eye for elevating service delivery.
- Ability and willingness to travel globally in alignment with the LIV Golf schedule.
- Comfortable working weekends and non-traditional hours inherent to live event environments.
