This role involves the running and maintaining of the sortation machine within the evening sortation operation. Leading a machine team to ensure maximum uptime and volume throughput to achieve best results in line with established KPIs. Provide leadership and guidance in support of your team. Responsibilities: Effective and efficient operation of the Sorting Machine. Preparing mail ready for delivery to Royal Mail in the correct format.
