What You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage end-to-end environment and data strategy programs to onboard new clients onto State Street's platform.
- Lead client programs supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture.
- Create and deliver internal and client-facing documents (strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights, etc.).
- Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders.
- Lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle.
- Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement.

Requirements
The Alpha Professional Services team in EMEA seeks a qualified individual to manage our environment and data strategy workstream at client level. This role requires strong experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design, data analysis, and business system flows to create and execute environment designs for our industry-leading front-to-back client servicing platform. The candidate must be skilled in managing multi-year programs with complex business models across front, middle, and back office operating models in both insourced and outsourced contexts. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; technical architecture knowledge; and understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes are essential. This position interacts with the highest levels of executive management within State Street and client organizations., * Strong analytical, organizational skills and team-management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and expertise in documentation, reporting, and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally structured, and team-based environment, as well as independently.
- Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, client engagement, and expectation management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred.
- Experience with front/middle office platforms is useful., * Bachelor's degree or higher; 10+ years of financial-industry experience across front-office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services, and data domains.
- Technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly appreciated.
- Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
- Strong experience in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization/reporting/presentation tools; exposure to messaging protocols, public/private cloud platforms, and EDMs.
- Experience integrating with other industry providers/consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, FactSet, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software).
