Lead Backend Engineer

The Lead Engineer is responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and technical leadership of Syniti software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Syniti's data migration and data quality tools, as well as the ability to guide and mentor a technical team through complex data projects. The Technical Lead will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure that Syniti solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently., · Lead the installation and configuration of Syniti software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical specifications.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

· Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
