Responsibility for client support activity in the BeNeLux regions, working with other EMEA regions as requiredWorking closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business - providing initial review and assisting the process through to completionControlling the meeting process for PM marketing, including: pre-meets with investment teams, prep notes, presentation coordination, liaising with other regional teams on roadshows.Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospectsRespond to queries from the team's shared InboxResponsible for overseeing the lead generation process in the regionsEnsuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completedWork with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity. Requirements
Fluent in English and native Dutch speaker.Candidate should be proactive, taking a pride in their job and have an eye for accuracy and layout;Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential;Good communication skills - ability to liaise confidently at all levels;Team player - able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company;Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements., MS Office to an Intermediate standard - PowerPoint and Excel Advanced;Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business related degree);Candidates with previous administrative and sales support experience preferable;Experience of financial services, either asset management or banking, is desirable.
