Responsibility for client support activity in the BeNeLux regions, working with other EMEA regions as requiredWorking closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business - providing initial review and assisting the process through to completionControlling the meeting process for PM marketing, including: pre-meets with investment teams, prep notes, presentation coordination, liaising with other regional teams on roadshows.Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospectsRespond to queries from the team's shared InboxResponsible for overseeing the lead generation process in the regionsEnsuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completedWork with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity.
