Software Development Manager / Product (Guidewire)

This is a strategic buying and sourcing role focused on professional beauty, skincare, and aesthetic products. The successful candidate will play a key role in:

• Managing and expanding supplier relationships
• Understanding manufacturing processes
• Supporting the growth and development of our private-label brand, YXA

You will work closely with Our director and CEO to identify new manufacturers, negotiate terms, and ensure reliable, high-quality supply chains that support long-term business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating directly with manufacturers, understands private-label development, and can commercially evaluate suppliers to maximise profitability., * Source professional beauty, skincare, and aesthetic products from manufacturers and authorised distributors

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers (UK & international)
• Maintain and leverage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms
• Negotiate contracts, MOQs, lead times, and exclusivity agreements
• Support the development and expansion of YXA private-label products, including:
• Understanding private-label manufacturing processes
• Communicating product specifications to manufacturers
• Comparing formulation, packaging, and production options
• Work closely with CEO and all departments to align sourcing strategies with business growth goals
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance
• Analyse market trends, competitor products, and new manufacturing opportunities
