This is a hands-on lead installation role for engineers who enjoy being on site, taking ownership, and running jobs properly.
You'll be joining a small, growing AV business with big ambitions and a strong family feel. This is not a place where you disappear into a headcount spreadsheet. You'll be trusted, listened to, and given real responsibility on customer sites.
If you like leading subcontractors, being customer-facing, and delivering high-quality installs without drama, this role gives you autonomy, variety, and the chance to grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities:

Lead on-site AV installations across multiple customer environments.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on live projects.

Read and work from drawings, scopes, and installation plans.

Act as the on-site technical and customer-facing lead.

Deliver high-quality installs with a strong focus on presentation and finish.

Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Work closely with internal teams when not on site.

Requirements
Skills / Must Have:

Proven AV installation experience in commercial environments.

Strong experience delivering Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployments.

Hands-on experience with some of the following:

Cisco

Lightware (or similar AV switching platforms)

Comfortable leading subcontractors and owning delivery on site.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
