Technical Pricing Analyst

As Senior Pricing Manager at Zego, you will be a key leader within the pricing function, responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategy across products, markets, and customer segments. You will own complex pricing decisions end to end, balancing growth, profitability, and customer value, while ensuring pricing remains aligned with Zego's broader commercial and strategic objectives.

Operating at senior manager level, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, influence company wide decision making, and help scale pricing capability as Zego continues to grow in the UK and Europe. You will set direction, provide thought leadership, and raise the standard of pricing across the organisation.

What you will be working on

• Partner with the Head of Pricing and senior leadership to define and execute pricing strategy that supports growth, profitability, and long term value creation.
• Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives, from strategic design through to launch, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes, ensuring clear rationale, governance, and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics that can scale with the business.
• Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations through data driven analysis, translating complex pricing outcomes into actionable decisions for non technical stakeholders.
• Work cross functionally with product, underwriting, finance, data, sales, and operations to embed pricing thinking into broader business processes.
• Act as a thought leader for pricing, challenging existing approaches, driving innovation, and raising pricing maturity across the organisation.
