Title: IT Support Technician- Dungannon - Up to £33k DOE A growing multi-site business in Dungannon is hiring an IT Support Techncian to strengthen its onsite IT function. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where technology is central to operations. You'll support users day-to-day while contributing to ongoing improvements as the organisation scales. The Role You will be the go-to technical support resource across a busy multi-site environment, ensuring systems run smoothly and users are well supported. This is a true all-rounder position suited to someone who enjoys variety, troubleshooting, and learning bespoke systems. What you'll be working with Active Directory administration (on-prem) Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support (hybrid) Azure AD / Azure-based services exposure Endpoint management (ManageEngine or similar) Power Automate workflows and process automation exposure Hardware troubleshooting and general end-user support Supporting a manufacturing/warehouse
Requirements
user base (onsite, hands-on) What we're looking for Proven 1st/2nd line IT Support experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic mindset (common sense, logical thinking, proactive approach) Comfortable supporting Microsoft ecosystem technologies (AD, M365, hybrid environments) Helpful experience: Excel (VLOOKUP), logs/diagnostics, basic database SELECT queries (MySQL/MariaDB) Confident communicator with non-technical users Happy to work onsite in Dungannon (5 days per week initially - 1 Day WFH after 6 months) Package and benefits Salary up to £33,000 DOE Permanent, long-term opportunity with progression potential Modern tech environment and a role with genuine variety 39-hour working week, onsite in Dungannon Working pattern options: 09:00-17:30 Mon-Thu, 09:00-16:30 Fri Or 08:30 start with flexibility to bank hours for a half-day (team-coordinated) 1 day WFH possible after 6 months No regular out-of-hours Process In-person interview onsite in Dungannon (scenario/problem-solving
