Software Engineer C++

This is a highly hands-on position focused on the ongoing design and development of Command and Control architectures and their future product implementations-ideal for a proactive Software Engineer who thrives on taking initiative. What do you need?:

• Solid foundation in software engineering, with a clear understanding of its implementation and impact across systems.
• Hands-on experience developing in C++.
• Collaborative and transparent development style, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain momentum throughout projects.
• Proven track record across the full software lifecycle-from engaging with requirements to automated integration and validation, supported by clear documentation.
• Familiarity with emerging tools, techniques, and methods that can enhance process efficiency and sustainability.
• Additional programming experience in languages such as Ada and QT.
• Understanding of DDS middleware and real-time operating systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards like DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, IEC61508, and restricted coding guidelines such as MISRA C++.
