Job description
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware, from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support.
- Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF, compute, power, and interfaces).
- Drive manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, production bring-up, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with production, suppliers/CMs, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes.
- Support compliance and certification activities (e.g., RED/FCC), including test planning, lab coordination, technical documentation, and follow-ups.
- Lead system-level integration across RF subsystems, mechanical and electrical interfaces, and supporting compute and power elements.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience owning hardware products across the lifecycle, ideally including manufacturing introduction and sustaining engineering.
- Solid systems-level understanding of RF products, with hands-on validation and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting concept development and making pragmatic component choices for production-ready hardware.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance and certification processes (e.g., RED/FCC) is a strong plus.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Kassel office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
