OneStream Lead Consultant (SAP FC background)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FC and OneStream Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive complex Corporate Performance Management (CPM) transformation programmes across the French-speaking region. France is currently leading the way in OneStream implementations , and we are reinforcing our team with a senior expert who can deliver exceptional results.

This is a strategic consulting role within a global organization recognized for its expertise in financial transformation and cutting-edge CPM solutions. You will work closely with clients to design and implement advanced solutions that enable better financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end delivery of SAP FC and OneStream projects , including:

Leading multi-solution design sessions and preparing comprehensive design documentation.

Demonstrating advanced platform functionality through Proof of Concept sessions.

Managing small projects in line with PRIME methodology , including project financials, plans, and status reporting.

Driving implementation work independently , ensuring quality documentation and application elements.

Mentoring junior consultants, delegating tasks, and providing performance feedback.

Leading troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues.

Conducting customer training sessions and managing client relationships.

Engaging with Sales teams to discuss use cases and implementation strategies.

Contributing thought leadership through blog posts, Lunch & Learn sessions, and OneCommunity engagement .

Do you have experience in Scripting?, Fluent French and English language skills (written and spoken).

Proven experience in SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC) and OneStream implementations.

Strong rules writing and scripting abilities , combined with deep functional knowledge.

Ability to lead complex CPM transformation programmes and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
