Support Analyst

You'll be part of a global operation that supports pig and poultry farms around the world, helping to improve efficiency and animal welfare through data-driven monitoring. This is a fully supported role with comprehensive training provided, so no previous experience is required. That said, experience in administration, customer service, or night-shift environments would be beneficial. An interest in science, engineering, or agriculture would also be well suited., * Reviewing graphs and live data streams from livestock farming units worldwide

• Providing timely, accurate feedback to farm managers and key stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Communicating clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external contacts

As we continue to develop an AI-supported, human-led analysis model, we're looking for people with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and confident written and verbal communication. As a Support Analyst you'll use advanced remote technologies, follow structured processes, and apply logical thinking to deliver reliable outcomes for our clients.
