SAP Cutover Manager (S/4HANA - Global Pharma

The successful candidate will own the entire Cutover lifecycle:

• Design and Strategy: Develop and finalize the comprehensive End-to-End Cutover Strategy and Runbook for the global S/4HANA rollout.
• Coordination & Execution: Lead and manage all Cutover Dress Rehearsals and the final Go-Live event, coordinating activities across global technical, functional, business, and data teams.
• Command Centre Leadership: Act as the Cutover Command Centre Lead during go-live weekends, driving status reporting, issue resolution, and critical decision-making.
• Risk Management: Establish robust risk governance, including comprehensive back-out and contingency plans.

• SAP & S/4HANA Expertise: Proven experience as a Cutover Manager or Go-Live Lead on at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, with specific experience in S/4HANA transformation preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sector Experience: Mandatory prior experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry on major SAP projects, understanding GxP compliance and validation requirements.
• Location: Must be legally authorised to work and currently based in the European Union (EU).
