Job description

As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you'll be the central point of communication-handling calls from clients and contractors, logging requests, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Due to the location, a driving licence is preferred., * Answer and make calls to clients and contractors professionally and courteously.

  • Log service requests accurately into the helpdesk system.
  • Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule work.
  • Track job progress and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and helpdesk systems.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role (preferred).
