Requirements

  • 2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk

  • Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security

  • Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms

  • Provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and Android

  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)

What do we need from you?

  • Strong experience with Windows operating systems and AD

  • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environments

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms

  • A proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
