+7 Top, The Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) Solution Architect provides architectural leadership for business testing, functional validation, automation frameworks, and GoLive360 technology components. This role shapes the testing technology landscape for BAT, ensuring integration with Allianz Group platforms, maximizing reuse, and enabling scalable, automation-first validation across the delivery lifecycle.
What you do:
- You will define the technical architecture and tooling landscape for BAT, including functional automation, business workflow validation, test data management, and integration patterns.
- You will create reference architectures for UAT and business testing, which compliments the techno functional landscape of the asset sunder development or in use, ensuring alignment with Allianz Group platforms (e.g., BMP, Megapod, cloud environments)
- You will lead design and evaluation of automation frameworks, including UI automation, API validation, workflow engines, and agentic AI-enabled test accelerators.
- You will partner with GoLive360 teams to embed automation and monitoring into readiness and shift-right practices.
- You will advise OE delivery teams on technology selection, framework adoption, and integration best practices.
- You will support PoCs, tool evaluations, and scalability assessments for new automation and AI-driven solutions.
- You will ensure tooling standardization, compliance, security, and interoperability with Group ecosystems.
- You will collaborate with Test Architects, Test Leads, and vendor partners (e.g., UiPath, Roboyo, TCS) on implementation and optimization of automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or Computer Sciences
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation architecture, functional validation frameworks, or enterprise testing platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, cloud environments, and integration architectures.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath Test Suite, Selenium, API frameworks), monitoring solutions, and AI-driven validation approaches.
- Strong analytical and architectural documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- System thinking (System thinking is an approach to problem-solving that views "problems" as parts of an overall system, rather than reacting to specific parts, outcomes, or events); structured problem solving; stakeholder communication; collaboration; adaptability; solution orientation.
- Automation frameworks, BPM/low-code workflows, test data management, API integration, cloud patterns, agentic AI validation approaches.
- Understanding of policy administration, claims, billing, and E2E business processes is beneficial.
