We're looking for an ERP Financial Solutions Owner for its global operations in Madrid. We are seeking a skilled and proactive candidate, who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a real impact from day one, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and other Financial and Planning tools.

7+ years hands-on experience in ERP implementation, maintenance, and operations. @ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance in multinational environments.

Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing.

Knowledge of data analytics or BI tools (e.g. Power BI).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Lead and support implementation projects of Dynamics 365 Finance across multiple regions, in coordination with the PMO, including future potential deployments of additional Finance tools (e.g. Ensure system performance, data integrity, and user adoption across departments. @ Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users. @ Translate business needs into functional ERP configurations and enhancements. @ Monitor and optimize workflows, integrations, and automation within the Dynamics ecosystem. @ Manage vendor/partner activities (Microsoft, other SaaS vendors and System Integrators). @ Spanish: English: Working from home 3-4 days a week (flexibility available).
