Job description
We are seeking for a leader of the manufacturing engineering for the Castings back-end. The selected person will have the mission to achieve the best KPIs in both the supply product and launch new product processes in Castings back-end, along with the rest of the VSM and LNP Teams. Main duties of the position:
- Manager of the manufacturing engineering & special processes personnel for the Castings back-end.
- Responsible for the continuous implementation of the High-Performance Culture in the teams
- Responsible for the development of people in their functions: manufacturing engineering and special processes, via the Special Process Manager.
- Assurance of the execution of the Castings Management Cycles & Ways of Working in the teams

Accountable of the planning & execution of both the short cycle and value creation (i.e. improvement) initiatives for the Castings back-end, in agreement with VSM Managers.

Responsible* of the planning & execution of the Launch New Product activities for the Castings back-end, in agreement with the Component Project Managers & VSM Managers.

Achieve the best possible values for manufacturing KPIs, both in SP and LNP processes.

Assurance of the support, execution and consultancy for the back-end offloading initiatives.

Responsible* of the adherence to the Product Strategies defined by the Product Senior Managers, You will have hard line dependency with the Director Engineering OU Castings. You will lead the manufacturing engineering & special processes (with the Special Process Manager) teams for Castings back-end. Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in engineering (or similar)., * At least 2 years as Manager (technical and/or people manager).

5+ years of experience in Engineering with diverse experience and exposure to the four key customer value Processes (Technology Development, Launch New Product, Product Supply and Provide in Service Support) and a deep understanding of engineering processes.

Experience on leading multidisciplinary teams and programs, with collaboration across the full organization.

Budget and resource management experience

Languages: High fluency in English, written and spoken., + Leadership & communication abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across global teams.
- Good analytical, and complex problem-solving skills to drive resolution of complex technical problems.Customer orientation with abilities to develop and evolve strong customer relationships.
